Clare Goodwin won the art-in-architecture competition organised by the City of Zurich’s Department of Building Construction (Hochbauamt) for the comprehensive renovation of the District Court of Zurich at Wengistrasse 30. In her project, she used building elements from the original structure dating back to the 1970s, incorporating them into a terrazzo floor in the court’s central hall to give them new life.
